Our founder, Kirk Deas, has more than 30 years of experience doing commercial construction in the metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia, area.

Over the years, Kirk's commitment to quality work and relationships based on integrity has let him develop a reputation with his business clients.

He has a successful record of completing projects on time and under budget, as well as a proven ability to work with a project time from preconstruction through project close-out.

With his experience and insight, he understands the perspectives of both the contractor and the owner.
